Filip Pesek

Filip Pesek is the Founder & CEO of DonnaPro, a company that helps founders and CEOs reclaim their time and focus with the support of high-caliber top 1%, part-time executive assistants from EU. He is also the author of the best-selling Slovenian book Pisma Za Leona, and a sought-after speaker on leadership, remote work, and sustainable productivity.
Filip’s career started in door-to-door sales, where he quickly became one of the top performers. His success led him to begin teaching sales, running courses, and speaking at events, experiences that sharpened both his communication skills and his entrepreneurial drive.
He went on to found Spark Marketing Agency, where he worked directly with companies across 110+ industries. It was during this time that Filip recognized a common bottleneck: busy leaders were drowning in tasks that could easily be delegated. This insight sparked the creation of a fully remote executive assistant agency DonnaPro, built to provide leaders with assistants who don’t just complete tasks, but actually help reclaim 60 hours a month through smarter systems and deep-work culture.
